Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to the most common questions about TowBridge, features, pricing, and getting started.

TowBridge is an all-in-one operations platform built specifically for towing and recovery companies. It combines dispatching, driver management, fleet tracking, vehicle inspections, invoicing, and reporting into a single integrated system. Think of it as the modern replacement for your whiteboard, radio, and spreadsheets.

Drivers download the TowBridge app on iOS or Android. Once logged in, they receive push notifications for new job assignments. They can accept or decline jobs, get turn-by-turn navigation to the pickup location, update job status in real time, capture photos, and complete digital inspections — all from their phone.

All submissions are GPS-stamped, timestamped, and stored securely for compliance and audit purposes.
