Admin

Manage users, branches, and configuration within the tenant. Can access all operational data and settings except billing.

Manager

Oversee branch operations — view all jobs, drivers, inspections, and reports for their assigned branch. Cannot modify system settings.

Dispatcher

Create and assign jobs, monitor driver locations, communicate via in-app chat, and manage the job queue — the core operational role.

Driver

Mobile-only access — receive job alerts, update job status, capture photos, run inspections, and navigate to job sites. No web portal access.

Billing

Access invoices, payment history, and financial reports. Can issue, void, and reconcile invoices — without touching dispatch or operational data.
